Welcome to Brushe Store. By accessing or using the Brushe Store mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are displayed in the App and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processing.
• Refund policies are governed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Brushe Store and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the App.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brushe Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
